PROCEDURE FOR ARTIST SUBMISSIONS:

Artists interested in exhibiting at phd should submit CD-ROMS (preferred), VIDEO, DVDs, or SLIDES only. DO NOT SUBMIT ORIGINAL ARTWORK.

Please provide the following in your submission:
  1. Representation of your work: Maximum of 20 images. (If you submit slides, they must be in a plastic sheet. Duplicates only. Do not send slides in glass or extra heavy mounts. Each slide should be labeled with the artist's name, title of work, date, medium, dimensions, and indicate top.)
  2. Please include a corresponding description with your images. Videos, DVDs, or CD-ROMS (preferred) should be clearly labeled.
  3. Cover Letter
  4. Resume
  5. Artist statement (250 words maximum)
  6. Self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE) Materials will not be returned without a SASE
